| We usually lift the chicks from the nest when they are 3 weeks old and hand feed them using a syringe until they are weaned (around 8-10 weeks old).This means we can give each chick special attention so they are very tame and friendly for their new owners. |  |

| Our birds are all banded. They come with a hatch certificate and an information booklet about how to care for your latest family member. | |||||||
|
We believe the best time to be chosen by your bird is around 4 weeks (just before they start to fly). If you are local, we invite you to come and spend time with your baby whilst we complete the weaning process. |

Breeding season is looming with chicks expected at the end of August 09. These babies will be ready for their new homes around the end of October. If you are interested in one of our babies, please send us an email. We expect to have some cinnamons, pearls, pieds, pearl-pieds, whiteface, lutino and normal chicks to select from. |
